Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This document is provided for transparency and is pending review by legal counsel. It describes our current practices in good faith; if anything here conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://kumaraman.in ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The site and its content

The site is a personal portfolio that also offers a blog, a set of free developer tools, and a client portal. Content and tools are provided for general information and convenience.

3. Free developer tools — "as is"

The developer tools (e.g. the AEM generators, schema builder, dispatcher tester, security and SEO checkers, redirect checker, and cost estimator) are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

  • Their output is a starting point, not professional, legal, or security advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code, configuration, or recommendation before using it in production.
  • Some tools fetch a URL you provide; only submit URLs you are authorized to test.
  • We don't guarantee the tools will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or tools for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
  • Scrape, abuse, or circumvent rate limits or security measures;
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access to protect the service.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and original code are owned by Aman Kumar unless stated otherwise. Code you generate with the tools is yours to use. Third-party names and trademarks (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Next.js, Vercel) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. The portal

Access to the client portal may require an account and is subject to any additional terms presented there. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

The site links to and relies on third-party services. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or tools, including reliance on their output.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
